1. HOW CAN I ORDER FROM THE BLUE-HEELER ONLINE SHOP?
You can order in our online shop with or without registration. To make shopping more convenient for you in the future, we recommend that you create a customer account.
ORDERING PROCESS, ORDER EASILY AND CONVENIENTLY
1. SHOPPING CART Select the products you would like to order by clicking the “Add to cart” button. This will place your selection in the shopping cart. You can change this selection at any time up until you submit your order by clicking the “Remove” box to delete the selection or cancel the order process. Clicking the “Checkout” button takes you to the next order step. 2. CHECKOUT Please log in with your email address and password if you already have a customer account, otherwise please register as a new customer. Your data will be collected, processed and used in compliance with data protection regulations (data protection notice). It will not be used for any other purpose or passed on to third parties. If you are already logged in, you can now select the shipping method. Clicking the “Continue” button takes you to the next order step. 3. CHECK BILLING ADDRESS / SELECT PAYMENT METHOD Now check your billing address and enter the desired payment method. By clicking the “Continue” button you will go to the next order step. 4. CHECK SHIPPING ADDRESS Now check your shipping address and select the shipping. Then click on “Continue” to go to the next order step. 5. COMPLETE ORDER PROCESS / GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND DATA PROTECTION You will receive an overview of your order: the selected products, the shipping and billing address and your contact details. Check that all the information is correct and please read the general terms and conditions and the cancellation policy carefully. You can only continue with the order if you agree to the general terms and conditions and the data protection declaration (check the box). By clicking the “Submit order” button you send your order to us. You are hereby making a legally binding offer.
2. HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO BE DELIVERED?
As soon as we receive confirmation of payment, the goods will be dispatched. If we receive your payment before 12:00, your order will be dispatched on the same day with a delivery time of 2-5 working days.
3. CAN I HAVE MY ORDER DELIVERED TO A PACKSTATION?
This is possible because we work with DHL as a sender . To do this, register for the Packstation at your desired post office. You will receive a number. Please just enter the Packstation and number as the delivery address.
4. DO YOU OFFER EXPRESS SHIPPING?
We do not offer express shipping.
5. HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
