1. HOW CAN I ORDER FROM THE BLUE-HEELER ONLINE SHOP?

You can order in our online shop with or without registration. To make shopping more convenient for you in the future, we recommend that you create a customer account.

ORDERING PROCESS, ORDER EASILY AND CONVENIENTLY

1. SHOPPING CART  Select the products you would like to order by clicking the “Add to cart” button. This will place your selection in the shopping cart. You can change this selection at any time up until you submit your order by clicking the “Remove” box to delete the selection or cancel the order process. Clicking the “Checkout” button takes you to the next order step. 2. CHECKOUT  Please log in with your email address and password if you already have a customer account, otherwise please register as a new customer. Your data will be collected, processed and used in compliance with data protection regulations (data protection notice). It will not be used for any other purpose or passed on to third parties. If you are already logged in, you can now select the shipping method. Clicking the “Continue” button takes you to the next order step. 3. CHECK BILLING ADDRESS / SELECT PAYMENT METHOD  Now check your billing address and enter the desired payment method. By clicking the “Continue” button you will go to the next order step. 4. CHECK SHIPPING ADDRESS  Now check your shipping address and select the shipping. Then click on “Continue” to go to the next order step. 5. COMPLETE ORDER PROCESS / GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND DATA PROTECTION  You will receive an overview of your order: the selected products, the shipping and billing address and your contact details. Check that all the information is correct and please read the general terms and conditions and the cancellation policy carefully. You can only continue with the order if you agree to the  general terms and conditions  and the  data protection declaration  (check the box). By clicking the “Submit order” button you send your order to us. You are hereby making a legally binding offer.

2. HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO BE DELIVERED?

As soon as we receive confirmation of payment, the goods will be dispatched. If we receive your payment before 12:00, your order will be dispatched on the same day with a delivery time of 2-5 working days.

3. CAN I HAVE MY ORDER DELIVERED TO A PACKSTATION?

This is possible because we work with  DHL as a sender  . To do this, register for the Packstation at your desired post office. You will receive a number. Please just enter the  Packstation  and  number  as the delivery address.

4. DO YOU OFFER EXPRESS SHIPPING?

We do not offer express shipping.

5. HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

FREE  shipping and returns.

6. QUESTIONS ABOUT PURCHASE ON ACCOUNT (VIA PAYPAL PLUS)
Are there any restrictions for purchasing on account?
Yes, if the invoice amount is over 1,500 euros, purchase on account is not offered.
 
Do I need a PayPal account?
No, when you purchase on account you transfer the amount to PayPal’s bank account. A PayPal account is not required.
 
 
When is payment due?
Usually 14 days after the order date. In any case, you will receive the exact due date via email from PayPal.
 
Will my creditworthiness be checked?
PayPal carries out a risk assessment. This may involve obtaining credit information. More information on this can be found on PayPal.
 
Can I choose another payment method if PayPal rejects the purchase on account?
Yes, you can choose one of the other payment methods in this case.
 
What costs are incurred when using the purchase on account payment method?
As a buyer, you may only be charged reminder fees if you are late with your payment. More information on this can be found on PayPal.
 
Do the billing address and delivery address have to be the same?
No, a different delivery address within Germany is possible.
 
Who is the contractual partner with me as a buyer?
Buyer and seller remain contractual partners. The seller’s claim against the buyer is assigned to PayPal.
What should I do as a buyer if I mistakenly transferred the invoice amount to the seller’s account instead of the PayPal account?

We will then ask you to make another transfer to the PayPal bank account. You will find the account information in the emails from PayPal regarding the order. You should also contact PayPal customer service (Tel: 0800-7234730) so that any dunning process that may have begun can be stopped.
 
Who bears the costs if I return the goods after the cancellation period?
In the event of an ineffective cancellation, you as the buyer will have to bear the reminder costs. Please clarify with us in advance whether the late return will be accepted.
