- 1 Basic Provisions
(2) A "consumer" is defined as a natural person who engages in a legal transaction for purposes not primarily related to commercial or independent professional activity. An "entrepreneur" is any natural or legal person or partnership with legal capacity acting in their professional or commercial capacity when entering into a legal transaction.
- 2 Contract Formation
(2) By placing a product on our website, we offer you a contract under the conditions outlined in the item description through our online shopping cart system.
(3) The contract is concluded as follows: Goods intended for purchase are placed in the "shopping cart". You can view and modify the "Shopping Cart" via the navigation button. After clicking "Checkout" or "Continue to order" and entering your personal and payment information, you will see an order overview.
If using an instant payment system (e.g., PayPal, Amazon Pay), you will either stay on our site or be redirected to the payment provider's site. Complete the payment process as directed, and then review the order overview. You can review, modify, or cancel the order before final submission.
By confirming the order via buttons like "Order with obligation to pay" or similar, you accept the offer, and the contract is concluded.
(4) Quotations are non-binding. We will provide a binding offer in text form (e.g., via email) that you can accept within 5 days unless specified otherwise.
(5) Order processing and communication are done via email, so ensure your email address is correct and that spam filters do not block emails.

(2) Goods remain our property until full payment is received.
(3) For entrepreneurs:
- a) We retain ownership of goods until all claims from the current business relationship are settled. Pledging or transferring the goods as security is not permitted before ownership transfer.
- b) You may resell goods in the normal course of business. Any claims from resale are assigned to us, and we accept this assignment. You are authorized to collect these claims, but if payment obligations are not met, we reserve the right to collect the claim ourselves.
- c) If goods are combined or mixed, we acquire co-ownership of the new item proportional to the invoice value of the retained goods.
- d) Upon request, we will release securities if their realizable value exceeds the secured claim by more than 10%. We will select the collateral to be released.
- 6 Warranty
(2) As a consumer, inspect goods immediately upon delivery for completeness, defects, and transport damage, and notify us and the carrier promptly. This does not affect your statutory warranty rights.
(3) Deviations from the goods' characteristics are only agreed if explicitly communicated and accepted before the contract is concluded.
(4) For entrepreneurs:
- a) The quality of goods is defined by our specifications and the manufacturer's product description, not other advertising or manufacturer statements.
- b) Warranty for defects will be addressed by repair or replacement. If repair fails after two attempts, you may request a reduction or withdraw from the contract. We are not responsible for increased costs from transporting goods to a location different from the intended use.
- c) The warranty period is one year from delivery, except in cases of life, limb, health damage, intentional or grossly negligent damage, fraudulently concealed defects, or statutory recourse claims.
- 7 Choice of Law, Place of Performance, and Jurisdiction
(2) If you are a merchant, public legal entity, or special fund under public law, your place of performance and jurisdiction for business relationships is our registered office. This applies if you lack general jurisdiction in Germany or the EU or your residence is unknown at the time of action. The right to appeal to another legal jurisdiction remains unaffected.
(3) The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

3.3. For quotations outside the online shopping system, you will receive all contract data in a binding offer via email, which you can print or save.
