Payment and Shipping Information

The conditions listed below are applicable:

Delivery Area:

We currently offer delivery within the BENELUX region.

Shipping Costs (including VAT):

We offer free shipping—no additional costs will be charged for shipping.

Delivery of Digital Content:

There are no shipping fees for digital content (files created and delivered in digital form). Digital content will be sent to you via email within 24 hours after the contract is confirmed (or after payment if advance payment was agreed upon).

Delivery Times:

Unless stated otherwise in the product listing, delivery within the BENELUX region typically takes 3–5 business days after the contract is finalized (or after payment is received in case of advance payment). Please note that we do not ship on Sundays or public holidays.

If your order contains items with different delivery times, we will ship everything together in one package unless we have agreed otherwise. In this case, the delivery time will be based on the item with the longest delivery time in your order.
