Right of withdrawal

As a consumer according to §13 BGB, you have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods. If you have ordered several goods as part of a single order which are delivered separately, the cancellation period begins on the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the last goods. Consequences of revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. This deadline is met if you send or hand over the goods to us before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning. Reasons for exclusion and expiry of the right of cancellation The right of cancellation does not apply to the following contracts, unless the parties have agreed otherwise: Contracts for the delivery of goods which are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

Reasons for termination

The right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium which requires the consumer to pay a price if the consumer:

1. has expressly agreed that the entrepreneur may begin to fulfil the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period and
2. has confirmed his knowledge that his right of withdrawal expires upon the commencement of the contract performance and
3. the trader has provided the consumer with a confirmation of the contract on a durable medium within a reasonable period of time after the conclusion of the contract, but at the latest when the digital content not on a tangible medium is made available:
   • in which the content of the contract is reproduced and
   • which states that the consumer has expressly agreed, prior to the performance of the contract, that the entrepreneur may begin performance of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period and has confirmed his knowledge that by giving his consent he will lose his right of withdrawal once the contract has begun.
